PVC Material Excellence

We utilize premium 0.4-0.8 mm thick PVC material, which offers superior durability and stability compared to Oxford cloth. Our high-durability PVC tarpaulin features an 18oz (650g/m2) thickness with a 1000D rating, making it waterproof, flame retardant, and UV resistant. This triple-layer material includes two coats and reinforced mesh for added strength. Our PVC also includes a fluorescent agent that complies with BS7837 standards and has passed rigorous S.G.S. certification. The full PVC construction ensures excellent spring and cushioning, delivering a satisfying bounce every time. Additionally, this material is easy to clean and is suitable for both hot and cold weather, as well as indoor and outdoor use. Importantly, all materials are lead-free, ensuring safety is always our top priority.
